Job Description Summary

The Sr Cons, Human Resources will be a key role in enabling process improvement and operational excellence to the HR Business Partner /Employee Relations Function. Under the direction of the Director Human Resources, the Sr Cons Human Resources will build relationships and work closely with key stakeholders to optimize the function with the overall employee experience in mind.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

HRBP/ER Function Optimization

  • Review and analyze current HRBP/ER processes to identify potential improvements; recommend new HRBP/ER processes and procedures to increase optimization
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to strategically integrate new processes and procedures to the HRBP/ER function
  • Continuously identify opportunities for employee experience enhancement
  • Utilize technology and systems to optimize processes/procedures; research market trends and partner with internal resources to identify new innovative opportunities to maximize optimization

Project Work

  • Lead, coordinate and/or assist with projects to ensure deliverables and objectives are met
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal partners to operationalize process improvements
  • Create and/or document HR processes and ensure availability to all as appropriate to ensure consistent application

Co-manage the MyHR box (employee facing e/mail box for HR questions)

And any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and live our Organization's Values

Required Education, Certifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related studies.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of the various HR Functions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and professional presentation skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Ability to effectively time manage and prioritize.
  • Ability to influence and maintain constructive working relationships with all levels in the organization.
  • Project management skills.

Preferred Education, Certifications and Experience

  • HRBP experience (preferred)
