The Practice:

Intelligent Asset Management, With A Team of Leading Practitioners having deep functional & industry knowledge specializing in the areas of Asset Integrity and Reliability Management, Master Data Management, EAM & Maintenance Execution, Material & MRO Management, Industry Analytics and Digital Industrial Workforce. We Serve Across Various industries like Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Utilities, Chemical, Discrete & continuous manufacturing.

The Work:

  • Prepare project & resource plan and financial estimates in agreement with the client and other stakeholders
  • Manage and ensure timely project delivery with the highest quality and turnaround metrics through leading a team of experienced professionals
  • Manage project financial projections, milestone forecasts, and potential scope changes
  • Manage and develop excellent Client relationships. Coordinate and liaison with various client stakeholders to ensure stakeholder alignment during the project lifecycle
  • Produce and facilitate project status reporting for internal and client review
  • Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Develop Points of View (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in the corrosion and inspection space
  • Should possess a team-oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
  • Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment
  • Ability to perform 75% travel from Monday through Thursday: Should be open to travel in and outside the country

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum 7 years of asset management application development and integration to ERP systems experience
  • Must be an EAM super-user with Maximo or SAP
  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in a technical advisory or consulting role preferably within the Life Sciences and/or Pharmaceuticals industry; documenting functional and technical designs, configuring Maximo or SAP applications to support client business processes and associated asset management lifecycle
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 12 years work experience

  • You improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity
  • You've gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business processes, lead design thinking workshops, develop business cases, deliver agile projects, develop new operating models, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
