Greetings and Welcome!AbilityLinks is a web-based community where job seekers with disabilities, inclusive employers and service providers meet and gain access to valuable networking opportunities.
Networking is accomplished through AbilityLinks.org, a free nationwide job opportunity website for persons with disabilities and inclusive employers that is similar to niche web sites set up to serve minorities, ethnic groups and women. Along with these groups, persons with disabilities are considered a protected class under equal employment opportunity laws.
Job seekers can use AbilityLinks to leverage their disability status by posting resumes and applying for jobs through the website. Employers can use AbilityLinks to expand their applicant pool and identify qualified candidates with disabilities by posting jobs and reviewing resumes submitted through the website.
Both job seekers and employers can access live person support for searching AbilityLinks dynamic database that has hundreds of current resumes, listings from local employment programs and over 18,000 jobs. More...
