The Chicago area has several organizations that provide social/recreational activities. These services are offered to individuals of all ages with special needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, hearing or visual limitations, and cognitive disabilities. In addition to the agencies listed below, consider the fact that many local park districts also provide recreational opportunities, with support if necessary.

· What are your fees? What do they include? Do you offer financial assistance programs?
· How much supervision is provided at activities?
· Typically, how many participants attend events?
· What times of the day do you offer programs? What times of the year do you offer programs?
· Are there residential boundaries for participants in your programs?
